Privacy policy

How ProSuite OOD collects, uses and protects your personal data on vvl-lang.dev, in accordance with the GDPR.

1. Data controller

The data controller is ProSuite OOD (Bulstat 204878015), Ul. Galileo Galilei N°20, 1113 Sofia, Bulgaria — nky@prosuite.technology. See the Legal notice.

2. Data we collect

Account: email address and login credentials. Usage: requests to the VAILS server, credit balance, technical logs. Content: notebooks and trainings you create or view. Payment: card transactions are handled by our payment provider; we do not store your card numbers. No data is collected for advertising purposes.

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is processed to: create and manage your account; provide access to the REPL and trainings; account for usage credits and process payments; ensure the security and proper operation of the platform; respond to your requests.

4. Legal bases

Processing relies on performance of the contract (provision of the services), your consent (non-essential cookies), our legitimate interest (security, service improvement) and our legal obligations (accounting).

5. Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It may be shared with our strictly necessary processors: OVH SAS (hosting, European Union), our payment provider, and — if you configure an LLM key — the language-model provider you choose, under your responsibility.

6. Third-party language models

When you configure your own LLM key, the content of your requests is sent to the third-party provider you chose, subject to its own privacy policy. ProSuite OOD is not responsible for it.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

Hosting is provided within the European Union. A transfer outside the EU only occurs if you use a third-party LLM provider located outside the EU; it is then governed by the mechanisms provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decision).

8. Retention period

Account data is kept as long as your account is active, then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time after its closure. Billing data is kept for the applicable legal period. Technical logs are kept on a limited basis.

9. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as the right to set post-mortem directives. To exercise them, write to nky@prosuite.technology. You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL; in Bulgaria, the KZLD).

10. Security

ProSuite OOD implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. In the event of a breach likely to result in a high risk, the data subjects and the competent authority are informed in accordance with the GDPR.

11. Cookies

The site uses cookies and local storage described in the Cookie policy, where you can manage your consent at any time.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated. Any substantial change will be indicated on the site.
